What is AKMAN?

This means that you can easily disassemble the system into individual parts, such as legs, a dust bin, clean and dirty air zones, move it where you need it and assemble it back on site.
How does the system work?
The principle of AKMAN is quite simple: gas enters the system, where the largest particles settle directly into the bin. Smaller particles are retained by the filter material, which is arranged in an "accordion" shape. Clean air rises to the top and goes outside.
When the filter cartridges become dirty, they need to be cleaned. For this, the so-called "pneumatic impact" is used - a powerful air flow that knocks dust off the cartridges, sending it back to the bin. This not only increases the service life of the filters, but also allows the system to work efficiently without unnecessary load.

The uniqueness of the AKMAN unit is its compactness and functionality. If the customer has limited space, AKMAN will be the ideal solution. Despite its small dimensions, it holds a large amount of filter material, providing high-quality gas filtration.

Design features
Compressed air receiver: A receiver with two openings is installed on the rear side of the filter - one for air supply, the other for condensate drainage.
Solenoid valve: Controlled by a time controller that allows you to adjust the purge cycle to your specific needs.
Cone hopper: For convenient dust collection. By opening the hatch, you can unload the accumulated waste into a prepared container.
Fan: Installed either on the roof or next to the unit, depending on the customer's preferences.
In addition, the system allows for flexible air ducting on the left or right side, which makes installation as convenient as possible.
